Refund & Shipping Policy

• Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
• Processing times may be longer during peak periods or for large orders.

• We ship via reputable carriers with tracking where available.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is accepted by the carrier.
• International customers are responsible for customs clearance, duties, and compliance.

• Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final.
• If a shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact support@aureaxlabs.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will investigate and, if verified, arrange a replacement or credit.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.

If you ever test a vial yourself and the results do not match the COA, we will refund both your order and the cost of your test. We are confident enough in our process to put that in writing.
